Coconut Flour
Our Coconut Flour is made from selected coconut meat, dried and milled to a finely ground flour with a natural, mouthwatering coconut flavour and with no off-odor.

It is delicious, healthy and adds a coco nutty aroma to any dish, making it a naturally flavourful ingredient for cooking and baking. It thickens soups and stews and makes a healthy coating mixture for meats.

Our Coconut Flour is a healthier alternative to wheat, grain and soy flour. It is high in fiber, has lower digestible carbohydrates, is a good source of lauric acid, hypoallergenic and gluten-free. It provides many health benefits. It supports the immune system, helps prevent heart disease, and promotes good skin health.
